This policy explains how I collect, use, and protect the personal information you share with me via primepolygon.com.

1. Information I collect

When you submit the contact form I collect: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), budget, source, and message. I also log the page you submitted from, referrer, and UTM parameters (if any), along with your IP address and browser user-agent for security and analytics purposes.

2. How I use it

Your information is used to reply to your enquiry, schedule calls, and manage the project engagement if we proceed. I do not sell your data. I do not add you to a mailing list.

3. Storage

Lead submissions are stored in Supabase (Postgres, hosted in the EU/US depending on region). Transactional emails are sent via Resend. I use Calendly to schedule discovery calls.

4. Retention

I keep lead information for as long as the client relationship exists plus a reasonable follow-up window. You can request deletion at any time by emailing me.

5. Your rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. Email me to exercise these rights.

6. Cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. A single httpOnly cookie is set only when I log into the admin area.
