2. Portfolio content

All visual work, showreels, motion, images, and copy displayed on this site are the property of Tushar Khandaria or the respective rights holders. Client credits and brand logos shown are used to acknowledge past collaborations. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Enquiries and briefs

Submitting a brief through the contact form does not create a binding agreement. Any project engagement is confirmed only through a signed Statement of Work or purchase order.

4. Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. Tushar Khandaria is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
